The Business meetings parliamentarian (Part 2) was conducted by Dr. Barry McCarty of Valley View Christian Church in Dallas, Texas,  a non-denominational church. He led his church into chaos in March 2004, much like Bellevue is today  I am sure he was able to coach our administration very well as to conducting this meeting and how to end it.

Notice he mentioned that it was an honor for him to assist our leaders as they prepared for this meeting.
